Game Summary
Beat the Beat Up is a VR action/rhythm game where you fight to the beat as the star of your very own Bollywood blockbuster! The neighborhood Don has sent out his goons to terrorize the locals, and just like any good desi hero, you are the only one that can stop them. Prove that you’ve got what it takes to impress the critics, including one voiced by Bollywood star Abhay Deol (Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Dev.D, Happy Bhag Jayegi). Rack up your score, clear the streets and save the village as you Beat the Beat Up!

Coached the team leads on how to manage their team disciplines.

Generated a JIRA workflow pipeline that enabled all teams and specifically the engineering team to be 3x productive/efficient.

Constructed a sprint meeting template document which taught teams how structure their meetings in a way to cover discussions like progress, challenges, planning, work assessment in a seamless fashion.

Ensured the quality of the gameplay experience was not compromised during constant VR headset tech issues while working remotely during the entirety of this project.

Kept moral at a high during COVID through speeches and individual team member follow ups.

Provided feedback/suggestions to any design, engineering, art, audio, production, and narrative documents.

Helped provide concepts and ideas to discipline leads that troubleshooted creative problems.

Progressively decreased bottleneck and communication issues throughout development.

Came up with a weekly team meeting structure that provided top-to-bottom communication.

Took 82 pages of thorough notes throughout development to avoid under communication.

Provided top down communication to a 32 person team each sprint.

Created a document to made sure team members were smoothly onboarded to P4v.

Built a macro milestone document to track all discipline progress per sprint.

Generated a bottleneck guide document for producers to follow and coach other team members on.

Created a leads responsibility document to clearly communicate expected responsibility.
